Delete your account

O’zbekcha

You can delete your ASRA account at any time. The account is removed together with everything linked to it — child profiles, device pairings and activity history. This cannot be undone.

1. In the app

  1. Open the Ko’proq (More) tab in the ASRA app.
  2. Tap the Hisobni o’chirish (Delete account) row at the bottom.
  3. Confirm with the Hisobni o’chirish button in the sheet that opens.

The account is deleted on the server immediately after you confirm, the session ends and the app returns to the sign-in screen. ASRA on the child device is unpaired from the family, so rules and monitoring stop.

2. Without the app — by request

If you cannot access your phone, write from the account holder to admin@asrafamily.uz.

  • Subject: Hisobni o’chirish (Delete account).
  • Include the phone number the account is registered with.
  • To verify your identity we send an SMS code to that number; reply with the code.

Once the request is verified the account is deleted within 30 days. There is no charge.

3. What is deleted

  • The parent profile, the phone number and every active session.
  • Child profiles, avatar photos and pairing codes.
  • Paired devices and their push tokens.
  • Location history and safe-zone enter/exit events.
  • App usage statistics, visited domains, search queries and YouTube watch history.
  • Rules, schedules, app and website restrictions, and the child request history.
  • Parent–child messages inside ASRA, and notifications.
  • Questions, discussions, replies and saved articles in the Bilim section.

4. What remains

  • Backups. The database is backed up daily and the copies rotate — a deleted record disappears from the backups within roughly two months.
  • Technical server logs. They are kept for a short period and do not contain activity content.

Detailed route and geofence-transition history covers today and the previous two Uzbekistan dates; older records are removed by daily cleanup. The last known location is kept separately until updated or the child/account is deleted. Visited domains, search queries, YouTube history, messages and notifications are kept for 90 days; daily screen-time totals for 400 days.

5. Without deleting the account

Some data can be removed while the account stays. Both actions live under Ko’proq (More) → the children list → the child card:

  • O’chirish (Delete) — removes the child profile, its device, rules and the entire history.
  • Qurilmani uzish (Unpair device) — unpairs the device and stops the rules, but the collected history stays until the child profile is deleted.

6. Questions

For questions about deletion write to admin@asrafamily.uz. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
